I stumbled upon a product called the Sushezi. It is listed on Amazon.com for $18.00 and has a 4 and 1/2 star rating. This seems too good to be true - quick, easy, perfect sushi rolls? If this is, in fact as good as it seems, I will have to stop by my local Japanese Market for sushi supplies!
I further investigated this product and found that overall, it has a good rating and can be used to make desserts as well. I am adding this to my wish list!
